To be eligible for our one-time grant, an individual must be a resident of Indiana and be receiving or about to receive treatment for breast cancer as defined below:
Exclusions for eligibility: Hormonal therapy (e.g. Tamoxifen), lumpectomy as single treatment, some forms of radiation, reconstruction

Once eligibility is determined, IWIN facilitates professional services valued at $400 per person to meet the non-medical needs of women and men undergoing breast cancer treatment. Payment for services is made directly to the service provider rather than the individual recipient or through gift cards. Services include:
