Now Seeking: Administrative Volunteer
We're looking for a short-term administrative volunteer!
ADMINISTRATIVE VOLUNTEER ROLE
Key responsibilities may include:

Reception duties: Communicating with program recipients via phone, able to conduct phone calls with professionalism and empathy, directing calls or taking messages for appropriate personnel, and providing basic information about IWIN.

Document handling: Filing documents electronically and physically, organizing paperwork and folders, creating and editing documents, copying and distributing information.

Data entry: Inputting information into spreadsheets and/or IWIN’s database.

Administrative tasks: Assisting with projects, preparing reports, and handling basic administrative tasks.
Skills and qualities needed:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Professional demeanor and customer service skills

Office location: 8515 Cedar Place Drive, Suite 103A, Indianapolis, IN 46240

Hours per week: 10-20 with the ability to make your own schedule

Weekdays: Monday – Friday between 9 AM – 5 PM

Ideal start date: Week of February 17
